units, selling merchandise, customer service, office administration, and
achievement of occupancy and income goals. The Facility Manager is also
responsible for ensuring that the facility is properly maintained.
Strong sales & collection experience is preferred. Manager must possess working
knowledge of computers running Windows & Office applications.
