I have enjoyed a problem free experience at Atlantic for the past 3 years - and I am leasing 5 units now at that location. Atlantic Self Storage is clean, secure and very well managed. Janet Smith is the manager at that location and she has taken care of all my storage needs. She gets highest marks for customer service; she is professional, courteous, efficient - and goes out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction. This is the nicest, most cost-efficient storage facility we have ever used. I understand the building is much newer than some others; regardless, it is kept exceptionally clean and well maintained. Steve and Janet were always very friendly and helpful. Our belongings, which were shipped by POD from California, were moved into one of their units for over a year. They were very accommodating allowing the POD to be parked there overnight as well as the U-Haul truck when we departed. All items were safe, and nothing was damaged. They have plenty of parking space. We felt comfortable knowing our stuff was safe and secure, with their use of unique codes along with the layout and the 24-hour access was the first we had experienced which was very convenient. We have rented with several storage facilities in the past but this one by far was the best one overall - especially the hardworking managers. We love it when people take pride in doing their job. These guys are the best! Highly recommend this facility to anyone who has to place their possessions in storage.

The excellent customer service allowed me to fix the problem within in an hour. If they had not called me, I don't know how much more time I would have had the problem.

This is by far the absolute best storage facility I have ever had! Steve is so kind and extremely helpful with any and everything you will ever need at a storage facility! He went out of his way to help me when I was in a predicament, explained every detail to me so that my experience was perfect. No hidden cost or fee's etc Top notch service! Honestly I have met very few people like him , who are so eager to help and make sure the customer is happy. Atlantic Self Storage you are extremely lucky to have an amazing employee such as him!! The property is clean and easily accessible 24/7.The unit was spotless.The location is super safe though it is off the beaten path Would 100% recommend to anyone with storage needs!
