I started my day this morning looking for a storage unit close to my home in Mandarin. At the first location I visited the door to the office was locked, the posted hours showed the office should have been open. I knocked on the door and waited a few minutes and decided to leave. As I was getting in my car to leave a representative came out and apologized for my having to wait. She was helpful but the rates advertised on the internet were different than the prices I was told at the business. My second stop was at the Atlantic Self Storage facility on San Jose Blvd. When I arrived Ken was outside sweeping the entranceway and he very kindly directed me inside to talk with his wife Pat. I told Pat what I was looking for and she could not have been any nicer as she answered all of my questions. Ken then graciously offered to show me the location of a 10×15 unit. He gave me a tour of the facility showing me the closest entranceway to the storage unit, told me how the after hours lighting operated and also how to exit the facility. Pat and Ken make a great team, they were both extremely knowledgeable and professional,but mainly they were exceptionally nice people to conduct business with. I highly recommend Atlantic Self Storage on San Jose Blvd. In Jacksonville, Florida. And I am very appreciative of the treatment I received from Pat and Ken, they turned what I thought was going to be an unpleasant search into a nice experience. Thanks, Aaron Reddish

I have been a customer at this location since 2011 or so (multiple units) and this is an update to a 2 year old review, where I gave them 4 out of 5 stars. I am updating this review to 5 stars based on improvements made to the property (additional lighting and all new cameras/surveillance system) and how well maintained/spotless the property has been since Ken and Pat have managed it. They are an AWESOME team!
