Yes. Our facilities take many precautions against damage or loss but cannot control unforeseen circumstances, conditions, or potential disasters. We offer SBOA tenant insurance which is a simple and inexpensive way to protect belongings from the unexpected. Homeowner's or Renter's insurance policies are accepted with an active Declaration page presented at the time of lease. Tenants are strongly encouraged to check with their insurance provider to ensure that off-site storage is covered in their policy.

Yes. We can accept small packages on your behalf. Inquire at your facility for specifics, rules, and details.
We provide an individual access code that allows 24 hour access, 365 days a year as long as your unit is current on its rent. Loss of power to the property or emergency conditions may temporarily suspend access at some times. Please note that payments made on delinquent accounts after storage facility business hours will not allow gate access or ensure over lock removal until the next business day. Please check with your specific facility by calling or visiting the appropriate page to confirm access hours. Some facilities have limited hours of operation and access.
Most of our offices are open 9:30am to 6pm Monday through Saturday. Select locations are open 10am to 4pm on Sunday. Be sure to call the facility that you are interested in to confirm office hours or check the specific site page here at Atlanticselfstorage.com.
We close all facilities in observance of the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. We also close early on Christmas and New Year's Eve.
Office hours are when our staff are able to assist you with your storage needs or packing or moving supplies. Gate access is when you are able to gain entry to access your belongings.
Yes. We sell packaged disc locks at each of our locations. You will be the only one with a key to your unit.
Yes. Please inquire with one of our Storage Experts about items that are restricted from being stored on our properties as outlined in our lease agreement. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: Perishable Goods, Flammable Materials, Explosives and other Dangerous Materials, and any item(s) that violates any county, state, or federal law(s).
We require 15 days written notice to vacate your unit. Once you have removed all of your items – remove the lock and leave the door to the unit open so we know it is empty.
Our inside units are typically located inside a building within the property. Some of our locations are multi story buildings and these are accessed by elevators and wide corridors. You can use our dollies and carts to help transport your items to your unit at certain locations. Outside units are ground level access and normally have drive up access direct to your unit.
A drive-up unit is a ground floor or outdoor unit that has its own loading area. These units are ideal for storing your large, heavy items or equipment as you have the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.
Some locations have units with a light inside the unit making it easier to the locate the things you are trying to find. Additional lighting products are available for sale in most of our offices.
No. Each site is priced differently depending on the product at that location.
Most of our sites have an “on site Manager” which means the employee, usually the facility manager, has an apartment as part of the facility.
